From our initial contact, we consult both engineers and operators to understand the unique dynamics of the plant or factory. Our goal is to match the right equipment with the right applications.
However, our work only begins at the point of sale. We provide the best sales assistance possible and excellent field support to ensure our equipment operates as designed. Our experience supervising our equipment in the field, including on-site training, troubleshooting, and design assistance, has taught us how to support an endless variety of applications.
Our staff boasts a rich experience in water treatment and engineering, and we have all trained with ISCO and our manufacturers. Beyond our exceptional equipment repair and servicing, we offer skilled consulting and testing services, including flow studies, sampling, and comprehensive industrial turnkey support.

Equipment Consultation
We consult with engineers and operators on-site to help our clients choose the correct equipment for each application.
Installation, Start-Up, & Training
We visit our client’s plants and factories during equipment installation to provide technical support. We offer initial on-site setup and programming with each piece of equipment, including training on proper operation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
Field Calibration
For open channel and closed pipe flow meters, we offer on-site third-party calibration and operation verification.
Equipment Repair and Support
We provide ongoing phone support, replacement parts, loaner equipment, and rapid turnaround on all equipment to minimize downtime.
